While you may have attended a pop-up shop selling food or clothes, have you attended a pop-up workout? Pop Up workouts are individual fitness classes in different non-gym environments throughout the season. Whether it’s teaming with a local business or simply a workout in the park or at the beach, pop-up workouts offers individuals a smaller more intimate workout with a sense of community in a non-gym setting.
Pop-up fitness classes are donation based fitness classes for everyone. No gym membership required. Please bring your own yoga mat, water, towel, and a desire to sweat. Each pop-up class will have its own, unique host! That means there may be a yoga inspired workout, a CrossFit-type workout or even Tai Chi; I may even have an intense boot camp style workout, all depending on the instructor who teaches that particular pop-up class.

Parking is free. Come early to sign paperwork and get your spot. Meet at San Clemente Gym and be ready to head out at 1pm. We’ll walk down to the beach then participate in a yoga class with the ocean as our soundtrack. This class fills quickly. (Limited space available) BYO yoga mat, water, & towel.
