At the age the of 49, I was reeling from a bitter divorce, and I was completely out of shape, carrying 60 extra pounds of body fat and pushing a 39″ waist size. I was angry, depressed, and sad, and I felt like less than a man. I looked at pictures of myself and couldn’t believe I had let myself get so far out of shape and that I looked the way I did.
It was time to make a change in my life and to do what I needed to do to claim my life back. I made the monumental decision to get not only back in shape but to be in the best shape of my life ever and to reclaim my youthful spirit for life that I had lost. 1 year, 4 months, and 14 days later, I did it. I lost 60 lbs, measured a 30″ waist, and dropped to 7% body fat.
It was at that point that I decided I not only had a deep passion for exercise and healthy eating habits but that I wanted to give back everything that I had received during my fitness journey and to help others transform themselves by getting certified as a Personal Trainer.

Brandon Peters
Trainer

Born and raised in Southern California, I graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. With a strong passion for fitness and helping people, I immediately dove into personal training and became a certified personal trainer in 2004.

Since becoming certified, I have worked as a trainer and fitness manager for a television series and a variety of clubs, but I hold San Clemente Gym closest to my heart. The environment, the energy, and most of all, the people, have made this gym my favorite place to train clients out of.

I specialize in injury-prevention, improved athletic performance, weight loss, and nutrition science and I am committed to not only helping my clients reach their goals as safely and effectively as possible, but to educating them along the way so they sustain their new level of health and fitness.

I am currently available for consultation, private personal training sessions, and nutrition counseling. Or if you simply have a question, please stop by and ask! I would love to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
